We offer various options of fully automatic screw capping systems to reduce the labour requirement to operate a filling line.
The ASC250 was developed for the standard 5 ltre jerrycan and provides a cost-effective and reliable fully auto solution for these and other similar caps/bottles/containers where the cap can be simply oriented using a “finned elevator”. Basically, the diameter of the cap must be larger that its height.
The ASC250 is also available with vibratory cap feeders for the smaller caps and bottles.
Both models can be supplied with a hopper/elevator system that can store one or more boxes of caps to reduce the frequency of “topping up” thereby reducing the labour requirement.
